Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the D&D Adventurers League Module Manager (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service is a free, hobbyist tool for tracking D&D Adventurers League play. It provides a shared catalog of modules, magic items and related data, maintained by a single curator, and lets each account record its own ownership status, last-run dates and notes. The Service is provided as-is and may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide an email address you control and keep it accurate. One account per person. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security, or access data that is not yours;
• scrape, overload, or automate access in a way that degrades the Service for others;
• submit content that is malicious, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable through free-text fields such as notes and module requests.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the text you enter. You grant the Service’s operator a non-exclusive licence to store, process and display that content as needed to run the Service. The operator may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast

“Dungeons & Dragons”, “D&D” and “Adventurers League” are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC. This is an unofficial fan-made tool, not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Wizards of the Coast. Adventure names and codes are referenced only to identify the material they name.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or that data will not be lost.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is free, the operator’s total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for it, which is nothing.

9. Termination

The operator may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

These Terms may change. The “last updated” date above will change, and continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
